Position Summary:
An on site TDS representative at the customers location to ensure customer satisfaction thru documenting and reporting back to the Brownstown facility all packaging,shipping,quality and any other issues that the customer deems as a concern.Report at a minimum of weekly to the quality department or as problems arise.
Position Requirements:
College graduate
Minimum of 2 years automotive experience in a supplier related environment
Multilingual (English and Chinese)
Effective computer skills,-Microsoft family of software including Excel,Word,Access.
Ability to interact with personnel at all levels internally (TDS) and externally (customer)
Above average interpersonal,organizational and communication skills-written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers-both internal and external
Flexible-able to work overtime or varying shifts as required to support the demands of the business
Experience in working with Warehouse Management systems
