2.Act as 3 tier support in incident and problem management procedure
3.After completion of service, training the user and junior engineer;
4.Fill out service receipt and service record completely;
5.Play the role of knowledge management

1.College graduate or above, at least 4 years’ support service experience;
2.Good command of software and hardware knowledge of Wintel platform;
3.Good at Lotus Notes clients and LAN settings, Basic Server system
4.Strong sense of responsibility, work earnestly and responsibly;
5.Better English level, good oral expression and communication ability;
